Chief Operating Officer: 

Nathan Miller has worked in information technology related roles for more than thirty years, with roles including systems and network engineering, technology architecture, and organizational leadership.   In this time, he has served a diverse set of industries, including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, defense, public utility, software, and others.  Nathan is an analytical problem solver; approaching his work with a desire to understand issues, and resolve problems, regardless of role.

As a leader, Nathan builds teams that are focused on bringing value to both internal and external customers, where the members of the team help build a culture that emphasizes honesty, service, teamwork, delivery, and value creation.  Nathan believes firmly that healthy business relationships are based on trust, and in alignment with mutual interests.  Nathan’s focus on “win-win” solutions began with lessons from his parents in childhood and was later reinforced while working with and for Ross Perot and later Ken Crabtree.

Nathan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Progilisys and is focused on growing the company’s managed services business and operational efficiencies.

Nathan has spent most of his life in Arizona.  He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, holding a bachelor’s degree in management.  He and his wife Shannon have been married for more than thirty years and they have three grown children.  They live in a semi-rural area North of Phoenix, “where it still gets dark at night.”  When not working, Nathan enjoys exploring Arizona with Shannon, and working with metal as a hobby level welder / fabricator.
