Frank Villa is an experienced IT Professional, working over 20+ years in the Technology Industry. Prior to becoming an IT Staffing Professional, Frank worked within the Technologies division at American Express where he worked with Business Restoration and Continuity, Service Desk, Problem Management as well as various infrastructure related projects. During his career he has also provided technical guidance, staff augmentation and placement for professional and managed services solutions within both Agile and ITIL frameworks and environments.

As a Technical BDM, Frank enjoys working with not only his clients, but his candidates as well; helping them find the right role in life. Assisting others with their career path is what brings him the ultimate in career satisfaction while driving his passion for the staffing industry.

Frank enjoys the outdoors, such as off-roading, camping, traveling, and spending time with his children and grand-child.
