Our Customer located in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for 3 experienced and resourceful Outside Sales Representatives that can drive new business. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid record of accomplishment in developing new business, strong sales methodology. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability work in a team environment.
New York – This person will cover the eastern part of the USA
Los Angeles – This person will cover all of California.
Phoenix – This person will cover the rest of the country.
Must be aggressive, assertive, extrovert, with positive energy
Must understand the key steps of the sales cycle
Must be able to gather customer requirement, overcome objections and propose solutions
The right person(s) will be responsible for cold calling, customer qualifying, giving software demos, proposing, and closing.
The right person MUST be a hunter
The right person will understand how to sell software
Understanding of the Multi-family housing industry is a plus
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Document all communication with potential customers inside Salesforce.
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements
Perform online and in-person demos with prospective customers
Expert in sales Cycle
Qualifications and Skills
SaaS Software Sales Experience
Selling into Multi-Family Industry a plus
Enjoy sales and have a strong sales methodology
Track record of accomplishments
Enjoy communicating and interacting with others
Receptive to advice and handle critical feedback
