To that end, we qualify customer requirements and candidate skills to ensure that several things are met for both parts of the employment equation. The Customer requirements of technical skills, salary rates, budget, cultural and social skills as well as candidate geographical location must be met and matched efficiently and effectively to those very same requirements our Candidates and Consultants have. We NEVER throw resumes at Customers without going through this rigorous qualification process. Your time and the time of our Customers are valuable and should not be taken lightly.
We have an industry unique “Desktop by the Touch Program” that allows us to only bill customers for when we are on-site. In today’s complex IT world Desktop Managers don’t have time to keep track of ticket queues while at the same time managing the productivity levels of their employee desktop resources. Many times, when desktop folks are idle they will do unproductive things like surfing the net or chatting with others further disruption coworker productivity.
At Progilisys we offer a comprehensive “Desktop by the Touch Program” where in we bill you and you pay us for only the hours we are on-site and/or for large upgrade projects or refresh project by a fixed fee for each time we deploy to a device ultimately allowing Customers to eliminate the cost of idle time while increasing desktop support efficiency and effectiveness.
